We believe in total and close communication with our clients to ensure that the delivery time will be acceptable. In the case of large orders, we will talk with you and determine what transcripts are most needed and will prioritize using your information. Our only goal is to MAKE YOU HAPPY, and we will do everything in our power to make sure you are! Rush services are available at a minimal charge… rush meaning under 24 hours or under 12 hours. |

| Word of Mouth is available to you 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week… REALLY! We have transcribers who love to type during the day, transcribers who thrive typing in the middle of the night, transcribers who adore typing on weekends and holidays… well, maybe not “adore,” but will do it anyway! Our office hours are 9:30 –6:30, and we have a drop box available to drop off tapes at any time whatsoever. So, if you, too, thrive on working in the middle of the night and want to drop off tapes at 3 a.m., go for it! We’ll be right there waiting for you. Your hours are our hours. |

| Transcripts are emailed directly to you as soon as they are completed. We are happy to send your transcripts to one email address or 100 email addresses. Just tell us what you need! We also offer the option of retrieving your transcript files via our secure FTP site. If so desired, your work can also be delivered via a 3.5 disc, CD, or hard copy. |
